Mei Qing, master of the landscape tradition
The artwork is signed by Mei Qing, an eminent figure in classical Chinese landscape painting, heir to a scholarly tradition where ink and wash express thought as much as form. Influenced by the great masters of previous dynasties, Mei Qing has mastered technical finesse and poetic sensibility, creating compositions where nature becomes a metaphor. His scrolls, often populated with mist-shrouded mountains and winding rivers, are appreciated for their economy of means and spiritual depth. This art print pays tribute to this refinement and allows sharing the intensity of an artistic journey rooted in tradition.
